To ensure the security of your Snapchat account and a better connection with our SafeBear application, your social media accounts must have two-factor authentication enabled.

Follow these steps to activate it:

1. Go to your Snapchat profile: Once logged into the Snapchat app, tap on your Bitmoji or Story icon at the top of the screen to access My Profile.
2. Access the settings: Tap on the ⚙️ gear icon in My Profile to open the Settings.
3. Select "Two-Factor Authentication":
   Tap on "Continue".

4. Choose an authentication method:

   ༚ SMS
   ༚ Authenticator app (recommended)
   You can use a third-party app such as Google Authenticator (for Android or iOS) or Authy.

5. Follow the instructions: After selecting your preferred method, follow the steps to activate it.
   You will receive either a code in your authentication app or an SMS with a code to complete the setup.

Once two-factor authentication is enabled, you will need to enter a code each time you log in from a new device or application, in addition to your regular password.
