In order to guarantee the security of your TikTok account and a better connection with our SafeBear application, double authentication of your social networks must be activated.

Here are the steps to follow to do so:

1. Access your TikTok profile : Once logged into the TikTok application, click on "Profile" at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Go to settings: Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen. Select “Settings & Privacy”.
3. Select "Security and permissions": Click "2-step verification".

Choose at least two authentication methods:
   ༚  Phone (recommended)
   ༚  Authenticator (recommended)

You can use a third-party application like Google Authenticator or Authy.

4. Follow the instructions: After choosing the method you want, follow the steps to activate it. 
You will receive either a code in your authentication application, or an SMS with a code to validate the configuration.

Once two-factor authentication is enabled, you will need to enter a code each time you attempt to log in from a new device or application, in addition to your usual password.
