Access to the dashboard:
A guardian of an account has access to the global dashboard of their loved ones or children. This allows them to be informed about the existence of any toxic messages.
Privacy protection:
SafeBear protects message confidentiality and does not allow guardians to directly access the content of messages.
If a guardian wishes to access them, they must submit a request to their loved one through the app.
To do this:
On a smartphone, tap the three horizontal lines at the top left of the app
Select “Message”
Tap “Request access to messages”, then tap the “Request access to messages” link again
Your loved one will receive your request by email, allowing them to grant you access to the messages detected on their SafeBear account.
