In order to guarantee the security of your X account and a better connection with our SafeBear application, we recommend that you activate double authentication.
- Access your X profile: Open the X application and log in to your account.
- Go to Settings: Tap your profile picture in the top left, and click “Settings & Support,” then “Settings & Privacy.”
- Select "Security and account access": In this section, click on "Security", and choose "Two-factor authentication".
- Choose your authentication method: X will offer you three options, however we recommend that you select one of the methods below:
- Enter verification code: You will either receive a code in your authenticator app or an SMS with a code to validate the configuration.
Once two-factor authentication is enabled, you will need to enter a code each time you try to log in from a new device or app, in addition to your usual password.
