1. Carefully check your username and password, as a reminder, the username corresponds to your email address and your password is made up of at least 12 characters, and must contain letters, numbers, a capital letter and a special character.
2. Click the "forgotten password" button under the requested login information.
You will then receive an email to update your password, then another to confirm the modification of the latter.
Other tips:
1. Make sure you have a stable Internet connection by checking your Wi-Fi or wired connection.
2. Try connecting from the Google Chrome browser to optimise compatibility.
